From the initial quote to completion they worked with us to ensure our experience and floors turned out great! Joshua (sales) was very responsive throughout. Philipi (project lead) was attentive to the work, our questions and the details. The whole crew was professional and did a nice job and care to leave the home as they found it …. But better flooring! Our project was big. About 4000 sq ft of floor upstairs and down. We chose a laminate. Gil flooring also rebuilt our stairs to have the wood finish throughout the home. We highly recommend Gil flooring. Great decision!!

What can I say, 5 Stars are not enough. Now a days is hard to give 5 Stars, because everyone tries to cut corners, promise and not deliver, no attention to detail. Gil was the opposite, he promised and over delivered, never cut corners and he, his project manager and the installers had an eye for attention to detail, that I have only seen when I was in the military. His installers Alex, the patriarch of the family, with his sons, Gabriel, Miguel and project manager Phillip were exemplary. They worked late into the night, leaving my home any time between 9PM and 10PM, and appearing early next morning ready to start the day. They scraped the old floor, scraped the old glue and sanded the concrete slab to make it even. They started on February the 12th and ended February the 17th. They also refinished our stairs to match the floor and placed new spindles. My wife and I were there most of the time, and it didn't bother them when we looked over their shoulder or ask questions while they were working. They even thoroughly cleaned after themselves, dusted the furniture and kitchen when they left. Our floor area was approximately 1388 sq. ft.. The old floor was an light engineered hardwood, and was replaced by the dark Mohawk RevWood Premier, which contrasted well with everything, including the kitchen cabinets, look at before and after pictures. To end this wordy review, there was one thing that stood out on which they also deserve 10 stars, and that is, that my wife and I could leave for hours, and trust that the house was in good hands and all will be there when we return.

I had Gill Flooring install LVP in my kitchen, hallway and bathroom last year. They did a great job. I decided to get them to install Mohawk pet proof carpet in my den and 3 bedrooms and down the stairs to my basement. They did this all in one day and even came back the next day and installed base molding in my den. I cannot say enough about what a great job they did. The workmen were all friendly, courteous, and really accommodating. Phillip with Gil is really great to work with.I would not hesitate to have them do any floor work that I needed in the future.

Gil Flooring has their own in-house team, no subcontractors. They are responsible, reliable and do a great job. They removed ceramic tile, carpet, and wood and replaced with LVP, which looks like wood. They moved furniture out (which most companies do not) and then moved the furniture back in. They did the entire house with the exception of the bathrooms in three days and cleaned up. Great customer service. Would highly recommend this team of professionals.

I met the owner and one of his staff at a hardwood floor continuing education workshop in Wadesboro NC. After discussion we found out our businesses are only a couple miles apart . These guys just seemed so into their profession and were passionate about the industry. I had a LVP project that I have been procrastinating on because I didn' t really know who to call. As Im writing this review the installer is working OVERTIME to get me completed. I havent seen the finished product yet but let me tell you i'm impressed thus far with the customer service and communication.

This was the second time i worked with Gil on changing floors for an entire house, an investment property. I trusted Gil so much that I didn’t even bother to get a second quote. Gil Flooring Solutions is a top notch service provider. We had a flood in the front areas of our house. After mitigation, Josh came in to work with us, understand our preferences, and gave us a thorough and reasonable quote. Gil’s showroom had a wide selection of options available for review. Once the hardwood was ordered, delivered, and became acclimated to our house environment, Phillip and his crew of three men came in, quickly accomplished the carpet and hardwood tear out, then installed hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and carpet in two and a half days. All crew members were extremely courteous, polite, and professional. They made sure we were completely satisfied before taking final payment. Got a piano, no problem. Need to coordinate with other trades, no problem. Got a problem, there weren’t any. These guys and gals know what they are doing. Highly recommend. Also a bit of advice. Don’t watch them bake the bread, stay out of the “kitchen” and let them do the work. I work in the industry and just simply freaked myself out in the process. The only problem in the whole process was literally me not trusting the process. Gil and crew are the right stuff.
